    Thanks for sharing , got so excited to see a Ford of Rocket launchers. Didn't realise rockets had got to a stage where they are built in car type production.

    USA still dependent on Russian rocket engines for space missions.

    Not for much longer though. Vulcan is coming online in the following years, replacing the Atlas V we see in that video. US also already has alternatives (and has had them for many years now).

    Having said that, the RD-180 engine was the result of one of the most successful international cooperation projects in this sector ever. A true success story.
