Pinaki in the video talks about the legal procedure for recovering the laundered money. It can be done once this govt falls in the next election and a new govt is formed.

The new govt can ask the Swiss govt and the Swiss govt will follow the rules it has set for returning unlawful money to the government. The Swiss govt or the Banks do not really know which money is legal or illegal.

But this can be proved in a Swiss court by asking the account holder to submit bank documents. It can be any legal bank in the world but not illegal Hundi banks.
All these offshore heavens knew in advance that the deposit being made is black money but they deposit it anyway and gives you all promises of swiss banking secrecy and privacy. That's the backbone of their economies I.e financial services for laundered black money around the world.
Once it's gone it's gone.

That’s what all the rich people do nowadays idiot!

U.K. property market is out of reach for people on even high income - due to Chinese, Russians, Indians and Arabs parking their money in U.K. real estate.

E.g. Vijay Vittal Mallya has hidden his money in U.K. and French property.

In your wet dream someone is serving butter chicken.

But in the real word - you are a two bit hustler estate agent.

Live in reality, banya!
Real Estate agents are dime-a-dozen.
My cat 🐈 is also a Real Estate agent working with ReMax Brokerage !

For some reason real estate business attracts a lot of gay and transgender people.

I think it’s the need to meet people - stemming from their pariah status.

MMR comes across as especially bitter. A dead giveaway!

Trying to impress people by claiming to be a Real Estate agent is not exactly a smart thing to do !
I am not going to comment on which way he swings !

Why would it harm us if the thread gets locked?

These discussions have no value at all. Headstrong Awami cucks are going to parrot their script regardless of whatever factual evidence you provide.
However, you have to understand one point that the BAL brats want any anti-BAL thread closed. They think the reality would evaporate into the sky if it can be hidden by not discussing it.

So, the BAL brats want all anti-BAL thread closed as soon as it is opened by making personal attacks on those who criticize BAL failures or money stealing.

No, only knowing that the money is dirty is not enough to reject a depositor. The offshore banks cannot do anything unless a court order asks them to reject a depositor.

Why do you blame banks for our countries' lack of creating rules for its citizens?

What a load of BS and really shows your lack of education.

Most countries require their banks to ask their depositors to provide extensive proof of their income. Some countries have explicit anti money laundering laws.

The Swiss and a few others - are the only ones who do not ask questions.

They allowed the Nazis to hide their loot.

Imran khan tried extremely hard to recover the money stolen by the Bhutto-Zardari and Shariff clan.

Guess why he was not successful?!!

How Bangladesh can bring back the looted money: Pinaki

This is utter tripe, jazzed up for the views.

If this were real, wouldn't AL be bringing back the billions supposedly looted by Tarek and BNP? Or did corruption only start in the last decade in BD??

Pakistan proved under IK - who is as honest a leader as you can get in the region - that the reclaimable treasure of 'looted wealth' narrative is a myth.

Yep! It’s a spider web.

But @bluesky thinks you just have to ask the nice Swiss government 🤣🤣🤣

It's the typical opposition strategy - vote me in and I'll bring back our lost glory. Even though they looted more than anyone when last in power.

The only difference right now is that AL has at least developed infrastructure in the country.
