There has been more development in the port area in the last two years, then the prior 13 years.
Slow on-site progress, but seems to be picking up now. I'm sure the completion of road and related projects has now helped the pace of development.

The previously incumbents primary emphasis was on visible infrastructure projects, such as roads.
Imran has placed more emphasis on jobs creation, and result oriented projects, these take time to incubate and are less flashy, but, better in the long term, and will produce more results.
