Nope she didnt died in a child birth she died b3cause her muslim husband kicked and stabbed her several times in front of her 4 children in Islamic Republic of Pakistan
And according to Islam he will burn in hell for it. Happens in every society so whats your point? That it happens more in Pakistan than other countries?

Stop sending your kids to madrasa because they may get raped by mulla.

Stop sending your kids to school either because the principal or teachers may rape them (case of hayatabad Peshawar) etc.

Stop keeping your kids in house because their maamo or uncle will rape them (society is full with such cases).

Stop allowing them on streets because they may get kidnapped, raped and killed (qasoor cases).

Stop making money because it will spoil your kid and your kids will end up killing someone..

Molvi ko tanqeeq krna asaan Hy. Aayena dekna mushkil. Haramio ki society molvi b harami paida krti Hy or teachers b, uncles b or maamo b....
The poster said rapes are happening because people had abandoned Islam, so i showed him mirror that rapes also happen inside the house of God and preps are no other than all pious deen k thekedar. But I agree with the gist of your comment. Morally bankrupt harami society ha hmari, shareef yahan wahi ha jsse Chance nhe mlta.

If you need a mullah to teach you son Islam than your son will turn out to be another jahil. Mulla concept was never part of Islamic schooling or overall Muslim society. It's a production of this land only, you need a mufti and a qaari to teach your kids about Islam and Qur'an. People usually keep a mulla as an imaam for 6-10 thousand a month, and expectations from that person are mashallah. Wo 5 waqt namaz b pray, apky bacho ko Qur'an b pray, hifz b kray, janazy b parway, khatam b krwae gharo me... Spend some money, hire a proper qari to teach Qur'an and a mufti or aalim yo teach Islam. Offer atleast 25-30 thousand salary. Bring dignified people to your mosque. 6 hazar mahana pe raky molvi Kay kirdaar se Pori teaching class ko badnaam na karo

Talk about teaching your child a religion in a completely foreign language (Arabic). Unfortunately much of Pakistans problem can be traced to such jahil thinking and lack on insight into islam.

When you follow a Saudi islam or Iranian islam then that becomes a problem. Pakistan needs to be creative in enforcing a state led islam. Getting the barelevis, sufis, deobandis to agree is the issue. Thats where the state comes in.

nazra should be followed by tarjama.... Usually a qualified qari also teaches tarjuma.. who stopped us from learning that . ? Sachi bat ye Hy Kay hamne sab Kuch he molvio pe Chor dia. Us bety pe lanat Jo Apne baap ko ghusal b na de saky or uska janaza b na prwa saky. Or aisy bandy ko molvio Kay haatho he zaleel Hona chaahye

Getting paid less is no way excuse to molest kids in house of God, beside why don't other qualified Muftis speak against their colleagues. Famous religious speakers like Tariq Jameel spend hours talking about bits and bytes of hoor yet I never saw him condemning our talking about rapes in mosques. Something makes me feel they all are complicit in this. After mufti Aziz got exposed his colleagues even did a blasphemy against sahaba to defend him, one even argued that gay sex with his student was consensual. So argument that imply rapes are happening because people have abandoned Islam have no leg to stand on.

mental or not.. he should be executed. The guards should be punished for not informing the police about the abduction.

Edit: The blood money is only legitimate if the person is killed by accident. Like a car crash, or by a crane operator, or accidental fire etc. This is terrorism and the state should be plaintiff against him.
well connected family connection with Alpha Mafia he will be freed in no time and will murder again!

A case of mentally troubled person and poor choices/decisions.

A psychiatrist ( if not bought) will give his/her professional testimony and tell if the crime was really acrime or a mentally illed act.

The girl should have also made better choices and this is where family/friends play important role. They should have taken better care of her and guided her properly and also, as she must have known about his mental history, if they wanted to be together, their should be people(ally of both) who should supervise and support them properly.

I don't want to be a victim blamer but experiencing some mental maniacs in life, I will say that patients don't have it in their control. That is why, you see psychiatric patients on life-long meds or relapse cases frequently.

May Allah give patience to everyone and also Jannah to the departed soul.

Yup, the innocent, honest, and selfless regular Pakistanis have nothing to do with it.
Justice and accountability rest with the authority. The nexus between power and mafia is the last thing you need in a country. 'Regular' people didn't and won't matter, and punishment is there for them anyway, if they trespass.

And who holds authority accountable?
inter-related.. One institution check the others. Else, revolution.
but the questions was, why these people get protected. @TNT said that it seems the establishment/bureaucrats/politicians scratch each other back. That is why people get slipped through justice system. Like that achazkzai who rolled over the policeman.

Well its easy to blame the people and it maybe correct upto some extent but common people have a limit. Maybe vote for the new guy, turns out the new guy is even worst. The establishment have encouraged corruption and neptism as well, the conduct of every institute shows that if u have money and links, u can get away with anything. The establishment have brought this trend of buying and selling of politicians, bureaucrats, journalists, judges, mullahs, mafias. Name the politician that have damaged Pakistan the most, go back and ull find he was brought in by establishment.
