Its about time we start taking stances against countries that are oblivious or completely misled by india; France is the other one.
Why stop at just France and Japan though? All of the P5 except China support India on Kashmir and most countries either openly support India or are neutral.

Complete nonsense, they haven’t supported India. They have all expressed a need to lift ban on internet, and respect human rights of Kashmiris. The US congress has had three hearings, which is why all your extremist voices were angry about it.

Only Democrats have criticized India. Many Republican congressmen have openly praised Modi for revoking article 370, and Trump himself said Modi has Kashmir under control

Also, US policy on south Asia is made by Alice Wells, the Undersecretary for south and Central Asia. The report she submitted to congress said the US supports India's motives behind repealing Article 370. That is US policy on Kashmir right now.

I don’t think you’ve read it clearly. They are clearly concerned about the troubling clampdown on internet, phone services & detention of elected leaders. They are also expecting statehood to be returned to Kashmir.

But no concerns about Article 370? That is the biggest issue. Also, Wells clearly supported India's stance on terrorism in Kashmir. Also notice how the report emphasizes that the US appreciates steps the Indian government has taken. And the report also conveys concern about human rights in Pakistan as well. So while not clearly supportive, mostly in favor of India's position on Kashmir.

Japan shouldn’t be so partisan, firstly no one really takes any notice of what they have to say and secondly they have far more pressing problems to attend to.
I do like Japan but they are way out of their depth here.
They are desperate for business, Chinese are squeezing them from every side.

Stop watching bollywood news network you fool, NOBODY supports indias actions in Kashmir, at most there is apathy but saying that means that you are openly supported is just peak delusion.
