10 members will be retiring in 2017, 6 from West Bengal alone, 3 from Gujarat and 1 from Goa. I am not sure if BJP will get majority in upper house this year.

Can you tell me why Punjabis are voting for Congress if that's the same party that did a genocide against them? Is it because their party leader is a Maharaja?
