The systems Russia is using in Ukraine may not be as advanced as the ones Ukraine received from the west but they're able to launch a massive amount of shells. The Ukrainians simply can't compete, hence why they're being ground into submission.

An issue bigger than stockpiling is the issue of receiving ammo during wartime. does Pakistan have a contingency with friendly nations to receive ammo during war? The russians were shelling heavily at first but its slowed down because they spent a incredible amount of ammo blindly shelling. ukraine is using its western guns with care and only striking targets as needed. but even then ukraine has spent most of its ammo and depleted the barrels of their guns.

This is from the 2017-18 yearbook. 52 Launchers of Kornet-E , 369 Launchers of VOSEL M2 Sights (for Alcotan Missiles). This is was the first batch for both these systems. Atleast one followup batch appeared for the Kornet in another year book, while 2 more batches have appeared for the Alcotan in year books uptil 2020 i think. Since after that they stopped publishing info. So its safe to presume atleast 1k+ VOSEL (Alcotan) are in service with number of missiles significantly more. And Alcotan have appeared in quite alot of vids if you know where to look.
Secondly source for Milan is Panzerkiel who said Milan had been acquired a few years back in large numbers for infantry units.
