I wonder why Punjab Police arrested the PTI South Punjab VP at a time when anything that moves and has a PTI flag is being arrested all over the province. Must not be due to political affiliations and the March 25 jalsa, might probably be a malpractice or financial misappropriation case. Makes sense.

Circumstantial evidence certainly points towards that conclusion.
