The Soviet Union was the 2nd largest economy in the world yet it broke into 20 or so countries. The British economy was the 2nd largest in the world 1945 yet it collapsed over a period of years.
Many more examples of countries far far richer than India today being balkanized yet here you are thinking a few extra billionaires will deal with major grievances which have penetrated into hundreds of millions of people
