Lahore and Punjab have strongly gone downhill, expensive electricity, high gas bills, petrol high, it seems only Punjab is paying high money to Petrol, Electricity, & Gas, where as free electricity in KPK, FATA, and free gas in Sindh from Balochistan...its just painful too see, no lights , no new projects in Punjab or Lahore.
