In other words, Chinese vice premier proposed relocation of China's heavily polluting industries in Bangladesh. :)

China absolutely respects friendly country Bangladesh's choice on naval base!

Just one minor correction for you bro, on Chittagong deep-sea port, it was China not US, total offered assistance was $8.7 billion, check the following link:
China offers to develop Chittagong port - The Hindu
That's almost typical of both countries' approach, China do infrastructure/investment/trade, US sell arms, so it's not exactly a surprise.

Actually there are some many co-ops between BD and CN, so many that I might have to open a new thread, let's continue to build BD's prosperity!

Exactly BD should be strict on its look east policy. China Japan Korea India Indonesia Indonesia. We should increase our cooperation with these countries. But no naval base for any country. Only ports can be used for economic purposes if any other country beside BD want to use it.

Some Chinese businessmen indeed relocated heavy polluting coal based industry. But Chinese premier didnt mean it.

Note the words "China's labour intensive industries", these are basically their polluting industries! :(
