China has 100M CCP members, 90M CYCL members and 140M young pioneers. The total number of all levels CCP exceeds 330M. Almost every family has Communists at all levels.

According to the provisions of the CCP, a Party branch must be established when there are more than 3 Party members, and a Party committee must be established when there are more than 20 Party members. Every residential area, every village, every company and every road has the party organization.

Therefore, Chinese people usually only accept the organization and convening of CCPs, unless employed. A rally of hundreds of people would not have appeared without financial assistance.

A novel idea can just go viral on the social media overnight, they don't need anyone to organize, the Chinese government should have confidence to allow people to speak out, suppresing voices of disagreement is detrimental for a country's long term development and growth.
