I am beginning to think that there is a global policy on (joking) to keep our mil leader busy eating, dinning and getting into social gatherings. Rather than focus on the art and trade of war. Though I understand building linkages and alliances are important, the frequency with which our mil leaders travel or meet external parties (often non-mil political types) is not healthy.

BTW the time you reach a super maturation stage, our mil leaders become less hardened strategic warriors and more master of politics, business and intrigue (maybe that is what is needed at that level, but too much also is not good). Someone has to stop this cycle, and it can only come from these very own institutions. Also PK Mil bases and Cantt need to be relocated. Mil personnel are too integrated into the daily fabric of civil life. This corrodes the sharpness of the military edge on so many levels.
