Not only a cat voted, but also a small sumo figure or even a fake Bruno Le Maire. (Someone impersonating Bruno Le Maire,a candidate in the center-right primary.)

Paws for thought. A cat has cast its vote in the Green Party's primary election in France.

Gaston Lecat was added to the party's voter list for the presidential primaries by its owner, journalist Raphaëlle Besse Desmoulières.

She said she paid €5 (£4.52) to register her cat to vote in the primary election earlier this month, and no proper security checks were made to prevent this.

All she had to do was sign up for a postal vote, state his name and date of birth, and sign a "charter of ecological values". No proof of identity is required.

"It remains to be seen whether friends of Gaston's have had the same idea," she said in a newspaper article for Le Monde. "And whether those fake registrations could change a result that could be very close."

    Nope it's not. :P
As long as you signed for postal vote, stated a name,a date of birth, paid the asked €5 and signed a charter backing the greens values, you could make anybody or anything vote...... 'Thankfully',this only concerned the Green party primary, otherwise it would be a total mess.

    Anything.
They aren't tring to figure out who you are, where do you come from, what are your intentions,as long as you paid and stated a name and a date of birth. :partay:

Some might tell you, animals are equal to humans,so it's discrimination if you don't allow them to have their says. :P

Not much, my sarcasm was running low so I had to take a PDF vacation. It finally started getting 'cold' in Florida, some relief from the swamp heat. How's it in Switzerland?
