not the military budget but the acquisition budget for newer weapons.. should have been the budget itself!

Nuclear deterrent is enough for now while Pakistan goes to fix its economy for the next 10 years.

Actually thats the one thing Nuclear weapons have done since they were invented: dissuade a conventional war.

Unfortunately here is a list of thing we have been told Nuclear weapons do:
1. Gets US to give you loans,
2. Gets EU to give you loans,
3. Gets you into the ranks of the big international players
4. Gives you the ability to default on external loans without repercussion
5. Gives you free money from Arabs since you are the Islamic Bomb
6. etc etc
