There is nothing in that article but Pakistan bashing.
Which offxourse sounds sane to you.
Indian Media is just the messenger.

What is the point of killing a sane voice ? You refuse to kill all the insane voices inside pakistan who preach hate day in and day out. But want this man who does not even live in pakistan, dead ?

Maybe you should introspect about the kind of man you are.

They don't have too many how grown products.

For e.g. pakistan exports raw cotton.

BD OTOH exports ready made cloths.

See the difference ?

Its about time pakistani civilians target your military and bring them under your control. Rather than the other way around.

If he would have really forged a letter representing a head of state, do you think they would have made him the director for South and Central Asia at the Hudson Institute ?

It looks like he was made a scrape goat to save Zardari.

pakistan's action has left it wide open for bashing. Its a spectator sport now.

If you want respect, then act honorably.

Rather than wishing the author dead, you should have chosen to rebut the article, line by line. But that is not what you did.

That would depend on the credibility of the Supreme court. ........... which I think is not much.

Its a state institution, infact, the pillar of the state, they don't come more credible then this. Indian media is giving coverage to an absconder in this particular case.

The PA is also a state institution. One of the pillars of the state. So is the office of the PM.

One does not gain credibility just by being a state institution. It has to ACT in a manner that demonstrates integrity.

For e.g. even your ex President Musharraf has been declared an absconder. NS was exiled to SA. The List goes on.

Just like PA, office of the PM, the head of Judiciary, the supreme court is also the pillar of the state. These are "state" institutions whose job is protect the interest of state as defined within the laws of Pakistan, like any other state/nation worth its salt. Husain Haqqani is not only an absconder to the supreme court but also a cheat , who took oath to return to court whenever summoned and he is ever since on the run. If we were living in old days, that would be classed as outlaw, shoot on sight.

He has no justification not to appear before the court. Musharraf on the other hand is genuinely sick and under medication.

For one, you cannot be selective about who is an absconder and who is not.

No oath is bigger than one's life. And if Husain Haqqani believed that his life was in danger then it would be foolish of him to return to pakistan to keep an oath.

Most of the state institutions in pakistan has been compromised due to systematic attack on them for decades. Which is why PA and ISI gets a free run in the country.

Its a catch 22 situation now. PA and ISI claim that they step in because the state institutions have failed, but its their stepping in which has destroyed the state institutions.

Husain Haqqani does not have to be a sacrificial lamb to help the institutions regain their credibility at his cost.

Your rants do not hold any value in the court of law. When you are summoned by court, you appear before the court. If you don't, you become outlaw. Its not being selective, that is how it works in every state worth it salt. Threat to life? what non sense. What next? Some killer making excuse not to appear before court for his hearing siting he may get killed? There are no ifs and buts. Court of law do not work like this. He running away from justice is a clear indication that he is guilty.

I don't think he is a citizen of pakistan Now. There is no obligation for him to submit himself to the pakistani supreme court jurisdiction.

From a different perspective, he was running for justice, he is only avoiding pakistani law and its broken system.

You think? Has he surrendered the citizenship of Pakistan? Even if he has, that does not absolve him from the crimes committed in past when he was the citizen of Pakistan.

You are insignificant rat in the east whose opinions do not matter on the state institutions of Pakistan. Here even PM is summoned to the court of law, not unlike some country where kangaroo courts give clean chit to a criminal to become PM after committing genocide of the minorities.

So the question is if being a Beggar is bad or is getting slapped by a beggar worse ?

A Beggar has nothing to loose. He can slap anyone. There is not much worth attached to that.
you people have -1 shame, now you will say that is impossible

The sins of commission and omission of the pakistani SC is well published and well known.

There is not need to drag that down here, but I am sure you get my point.

Your childish name calling is amusing, but only highlights your failure to defend your own claims.

Its meaningless when the SC of pakistan pronounces a US citizen guilty under the laws of pakistan.

What comes next ? the SC of pakistan pronouncing the president of the US guilty for killing pakistanis in drone attacks ?

You belong to a nation whose judiciary has given clean chit to a mass murder to become your PM, and just recently the same judicial system let the hindu terrorists go Scott free involved in the murder of Pakistani citizens on Indian soil during the terrorist act of samjhota express. You have no legs to stand on and lecture others as to how they deal and function according to their own laws and national interest. So take a hike son.

As for your other rants, Hussian Haqqani did appear as "Pakistani citizen" infront of the court of law, and that act is ample proof that he submitted to the will of the courts in Pakistan and its laws. but since he has been on the run after the follow up summons, he has become an absconder or as one might say, a outlaw. Its not really discussing rocket science here for your Indian brain to grasp.

As for the US president, he is not under the Jurisdiction of court of law in Pakistan, however the sitting PM in Pakistan is, as proven many times over, so Hussain haqqani is a insignificant rat really. And similarly, the past and present ISI chiefs are not under the Jurisdiction of American courts , despite their organization responsible for countless American deaths in Afghansitan (as per American own narrative about ISI and its involvement in Afghansitan) . Savy???

For a country where most of you shit on railway tracks, you seem far too concerned with a minor economic loan in Pakistan. $6 billion is a pittance.

1. I am not a great fan of the Indian SC either, but your charges against Modi is totally baseless.

OTOH UN has listed a) Masud Azhar b) Wali Adam Isah c) Wali Adam Esah as culprits for the Samjotha bomb blasts.

https://www.un.org/press/en/2019/sc13798.doc.htm

2. Hussian Haqqani USED to be a pakistani citizen, now is a US citizen. Is that so hard to understand ?

As a US citizen he is not covered under pakistani jurisdiction.

3. I never claimed US jurisdiction over ISI chiefs and PA chiefs. Though the US has the power and the reach to extend its jurisdiction to pakistan. I also bet plenty of ISI chief's kids would be studying in the US or UK.

1- There is plenty of evidence available to suggest that your incumbent PM is a mass murderer of a Indian minority , which was very conveniently ignored by Indian judiciary.

2- Put your reading glasses on and go through the link you posted? Where does it mention "Samjhota express" and its culprits? Masood Azhar involved in Samjhota express terrorist act? you having a laugh?

3- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2007_Samjhauta_Express_bombings

You own National Investigation Agency (NIA) charged the hindu terrorists for this savage act including Swami Aseemanand and now they are all scott free thanks for the kangroo courts running under the thumb of Hindu terrorist regime in new delhi.

4- What is this logic of "USED TO BE" ? First are you 100% sure that HH is no more a Pakistani citizen, or you are just working on pure assumption? Secondly, if a crime was committed when he was Pakistani citizens, does it absolve him of the crime since now he has become citizen of another country? Thirdly, when he appeared before the court , he submitted before the judicial system of Pakistan , hence accepting its jurisdiction over him. Case is still ongoing and he must present himself before the court of law and absolve himself if he is not guilty. Running away despite being summoned is a open and shut case of his crimes.

5- You have to question the "power" and "jurisdiction" of American state when ISI chiefs loved ones are living in yankiland yet his institution is butchering the American lives in Afghansitan (as per American narrative about ISI) .
