Exactly! In this case "Chinese interest" is in siding with genocidal maniacs. No two ways about it.
Well, genocide is what you are claiming, I dont know if either Russia or China has agreeed on that, both of them apparently have vetoed wests sanction and condenmation on MM. China wants to have good relation with the neighbouring country MM or any neighbouring country doesnt matter who is in power, I dont know if the Chinese gov is actually siding with MM on the Rh problem though.

You mean that China not only needs to impose sanctions on Myanmar, but also requires China to start a war against Myanmar, and then decompose Myanmar, expel other ethnic groups in Rakhine State, and let Rohingya people establish a country in Rakhine State. As for the Han people in northern Myanmar and other ethnic minorities from China, you don't care, do you?
Where did I say China needs to physically intervene?

No, no, genocide didn't happen. The hundreds of thousands Rohingyas in Bangladesh are only here for transit on their way to Disneyland.

@Destranator , tbh we have to be realistic. China won't go against Myanmar. And the genocide happened during su kiye regime that was pro west!

Btw, India itself abuse Kashmiri Muslims, still west remain silent. Why ? Simply because they have bigger interest in India. Same goes for Israel!

Bangladesh can do the same thing that serve our own interests! So be it by remaining neutral , or joining Chinese or western side! This is the way of the world, you know for sure!

So I don't blame them. As I would do the same!

That's why

For number 4 , can be suicidal for China , that many Chinese won't admit! But it's reality!

If Myanmar join west and block the bay if Bengal for China , China herself will be screwed up.

However some say that Myanmar is nothing but an extension of China herself , under the coat of another country!

Perhaps that's the reason @MH.Yang doesn't care about central govt of Myanmar!
I have been saying this from the beginning, China is not a military or strategic ally of Bangladesh. Either side with the West or build a strong enough military to destroy Burma - these are our choices.

These BDs think Chinese are just their tools to use against MM or anyone in conflict with them and China should do it with any cost to China and Chinese in the region.

Cool brother, most of people in Bangladesh aren't against China , but they prefer China more than any country.

Only some PDF ( as well as some other online platforms) people are too emotional to understand the reality of geopolitics!

Also they don't want to think beyond what they see with bare eyes!

Tbh, I will choose the side that benefits Bangladeshi interest!

And why do we have to destroy Burma? We don't have to do it. Rohingyas aren't our people , so for them we can't attack Burma, not at all!

We show mercy to them and let them enter , but we won't bring animosity with others for the sake of them.

Also if Bangladesh let rohingyas enter , then it's not the fault of Myanmar. Simply we could force them back and kept our border shut.

Besides Hasina let them enter , not because she is great , but she let them enter because others were trying to create anti Hasina sentiment ( enemy of Muslim, indian stooge etc etc type toxic agenda against her you know) , and Hasina had no other way but to open our border.

Even many fool Bangladeshi want to give them citizenship because they are ummah lover.

But enough is enough. We can't fight with others for their sake.

My final solution is , whoever is ready to take rohingyas in their land ( be it USA or China ) , we will join their side! As it will be freed us from the refuge burden!

Rohingyas are citizens of Myanmar, if they are stateless , UN must take step , not us! We are too small to do so.

So I will ask America to take all rohingyas and rehabilitate them. How they will do that , is not our business.

I just want UN to give us money to feed them , that's all!

The simplest way to solve the problem is for the Myanmar government to allow China to send peacekeeping troops to Rakhine State. Let the Chinese army protect the security of Rohingya people.
Of course, we also need the other four P5 countries of the Security Council not to use the veto.
You are sounding American, lol. We have seen the whole evolutionary cycle of imperial games so schemes will be seen through the camouflages.

If China does not start a war, how will you overthrow the Myanmar government? Through sanctions alone?

Is there a precedent in human history for overthrowing the government by relying only on sanctions without launching a war?

In the 1980s and 1990s, the United Nations imposed sanctions on Rwanda because of ethnic conflicts. The final sanctions increased hatred and led to the outbreak of large-scale genocide in 1994.

How can you make sure that Rohingya people will not suffer more hatred and revenge because of the sanctions?

If you have a better solution to the Rohingya problem, I am willing to listen.

Again, I didn't say anything about overthrowing the regime -just arm twisting them through targetted sanctions, stopping military supplies and temporary trade sanctions should be enough.

I repeat that sanctions do not distort anyone. Sanctions will only provoke more anger among Burmese, and the Burmese government will retaliate more against Rohingya people to please Burmese.

Your method will only bring more disasters to Rohingya people and more refugees to the whole region. This is what the United States wants to see, not what China wants to see.

China hopes Rohingya people will return to Rakhine State. And make sure that no one will bully them again. All of this will be resolved through peaceful means.

Besides China and Russia, other important neighbouring Asian countries such as Japan, India and ASEAN also don't recognize the Rohingyas humanitarian crisis as genocide, these two countries and ASEAN have not condemned Myanmar nor sanction it, and literally India and Japan won't accept Rohingyas refugees. So, don't single out China, take out all your frustration and blame your problem on it.

As matter of fact, both Japan and India supported Myanmar military crack down on Rohingyas militants and condemned Rohingyas' attacks on Myanmar security forces, following are quotes from wikipedia :

On 26 September 2017, the government of Japan extended a US$4 million emergency grant to aid Rohingya refugees in Myanmar and Bangladesh.[125] Three days later, the Japanese government issued a statement: "Japan strongly condemns the attacks carried out against the Myanmar security forces in northern areas of Rakhine State in Myanmar since 25 August as utterly unacceptable and expresses its condolences to the bereaved families.

The Government of India led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been largely silent on the atrocities faced by the Rohingya people in Myanmar.[97] Modi traveled to Myanmar on 5–6 September 2017 and stated "we hope that all stakeholders together can find a way out in which unity and territorial integrity of Myanmar is respected".[98] He did not use the term "Rohingya" and condemned attacks by Rohingya militants.

Yet again pathetic from BD.

It needs to go on a crash 3-5 year military buildup programme so that it can occupy the lands that are the Rohingyas. Then the Rohingya can return to their lands and live in security and dignity.

While doing so it needs to do as much damage to Myanmar infrastructure and military as possible, while making sure that Chinese and Indian interests are not harmed.

BD needs to step up and put this impoverished rag-tag of a “nation” in its place.

The only language savages understand is violence and BD should prepare to give them plenty of that.

Yes, no genocide in Burma. Our @UKBengali thinks that 1.1 million Rohingyas entered BD to enjoy the Cox's Bazar sea beach, and they do not want to return from our BD Paradise.

While in our previous conversation, you claimed the Uygher genocide of millions as made up by the West did happen in Xinjiang, China eventhough not even one Uygher escaped or run away to the neighbouring countries, not even one Uygher refugee of "genocide" is found in the neighbouring countries so far, how ironic.

Just step out of the way.

I.e. stop wielding your vetoes.
Vetos used on West proposed UN resolutions regarding Mymmar is more of an expression of the geopolitic rivalry between China and Russia on one side and US, Britian and France on the other. China vetoes also becos China is strongly against foreign countries esp US and European countries inteferences in other sovereign countrys internal affairs, this is a principle for Chinese foreign policy since the founding of China.
