tomorrow Somalia supports Pakistan! :-)
indians should stop being arrogant and come back to reality. india is a 3rd world country with more people living below the poverty line than the total populations of both Pakistan and Azerbaijan combined.

Take a look at modern clean Azerbaijan and then go see your dirty slums in india.

We just keep racking up support, don't we? :D
No you don't, its a quid pro quo. Azerbaijan will support Pakistan for Kashmir if Pakistan supports azerbaijan for Karabakh which will sure piss off Armenia.

Oh and btw did i mentioned Armenia being a Christian state?

To my Indian friends, if you have aspirations of becoming a superpower which you do have no doubt then the first lesson you need to learn is respecting even what might seem small and unharmful. True, Azerbaidjan may be small compared to India, but then so is UK, Netherlands. On one side you claim to be followers of Ghandi, a man who respected and loved people no matter who they were or how rich they were and on the other side you are poking fun at countries who are smaller than you, its very hypocritical to say the least.

There's no ifs. Azerbaijan supports Pakistan on Kashmir. Did you even read the article posted on page 1.

And Pakistan supports Azerbaijan.

Navy chief: Pakistan will not recognize Armenia until Azeri land is freed

BAKU – Pakistan's navy chief has said his country will not recognize Armenia until the occupied Azerbaijani territories are liberated.

Admiral Noman Bashir’s statement was made as Azerbaijan’s Navy commander, Vice-Admiral Shahin Sultanov was holding talks with the country’s senior military officials in Pakistan.

Bashir also said Pakistan attaches great importance to its relations with Azerbaijan, saying it would continue to support the fraternal country’s stance.

Azerbaijani Charge D’Affairs in Pakistan Dashgin Shikarov said relations between the two countries are developing and they are supporting one another’s positions in international organizations.

Shikarov said Baku praises the fact that in response to Armenia’s aggression against Azerbaijan, Pakistan does not recognize the invading country’s independence.

20 percent of Azerbaijan’s territory has been under Armenian occupation for nearly two decades.

Stressing that Azerbaijan has always stood by Pakistan, the charge d’affairs cited a number of examples pointing to the friendship between the two nations. He said that the Azerbaijani government provided assistance to Pakistan following an earthquake in 2005; a school for girls has been built in Muzaffarabad on Azerbaijani First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva’s initiative; and Azerbaijan provided financial and humanitarian aid to Pakistan following recent floods on President Ilham Aliyev’s orders.

I am seeing such a post for the second time here. I remember having replied to a similar post yesterday - was it you by any chance?

The point is this: Azerbaijan is being criticized and laughed at by Indians, not because it is small or weak. It is being criticized because of its statement on Kashmir.

Do you see Indians making fun of Nicaragua, Swaziland,Haiti or any other small countries?

The basic rule of the world is, if a certain entity sides with 'B', then 'A' will turn against that entity if 'A' and 'B' are long standing rivals/enemies. This is how the world works.

Doesn't matter how small it is. We have plenty of large countries on our side.

Iran, China, Saudi, Dubai, Turkey etc

Small countries have a voice too.
LOL - Iran and Turkey support your view on Kashmir? LOL - If I am not mistaken Iran has blocked various resolutions in OIC on Kashmir at India's behest.

"Azerbaijani political leaders support Pakistan on the disputed territory of Kashmir, the commander of Azerbaijan's Navy said in Islamabad yesterday.

Vice Admiral Shahin Sultanov made the remarks during a meeting with Pakistan's defence minister, Ahmed Mukhtar, the Pakistani Times reported."

Y a man in uniform speaks about his country's foreign affairs?

Don't they have foreign ministry to speak about? or is it a country ruled by Junta?

Dude, my point exactly. Its a quid pro quo, doesn't matter how hard you digress its not.

Lets see how many countries are willing to support you who don't want a favor in return from Pakistan supporting them on their disputed lands ?
