I have never been to India so I can't use personal first hand experiance with that country. And I don't trust stats touted by global organizations as I know these have been pulled out of their backsides. I do often watch vlogs by people travel to India to get a insight. This becomes particularly interesting when you get a vlogger travelling to India and then Pakistan.Anything
Obviously you can't use one vlog to inform your thinking but I have watched dozens over last 2/3 years. I have been to Pakistan last year so I don't need insight on that. Although what I saw and what read was so off that it could have been another country.
But the composite of the vlogs draws a picture of India [in comparison to Pakistan] as chaotic, dirty, run down, ugly poverty lurking on every corner. Pakistan on all scores looks better and every vlogger makes that point - that they are positvely surprised. Meaning they expected when they crossed into Pakistan they would plunge quite a few steps down from the Indian normal. But the surprise is the other way around.
