Seriously the state needs to ensure anyone elected mna, mpa, senators etc or even pm is not a security risk to the country!!

Honestly, no, I rather not see that 7-foot Sialkoti khota anymore.
he is not sialkoti

All the fuss is about this chap, he knows too much about IK and his wife. Ik will never want him as a COAS.

this chap has almost no chance, is not a PMA long course graduate. I am sure if he knows a IK and his wife and would know a lot more about sharif's and Zardari's.

I think this

this is the compromise establishment want to get all on table
This statement by IK is a masterclass. This will put pressure on PDM government, as some elements of the govt want to give Bajwa extension and some are against it.

Donkey King pleads for extension in service of Army Chief Gen Bajwa after publicly making accusations of ‘Mir Jafar, Mir Sadiq and American agent’. What a U-Turn! What a disgrace!

He mets US think tank Robin Raphale and change the course of his politics...now who is American agent here.
the reason he is calling for an extension until elections, is so that he can name the new army chief, rather than Sharif appointing someone. This is basic political understanding, and it seems to be escaping you.

Dreamer.

Oh, you mean the too much every one including you already knows?? Or the too much he allegedly already told Imran Khan about when he was DG ISI? That too much? or some other too much?

And do you think Bajwa and the other beggars want him as chief? What makes you think that? Why did Bajwa remove him as DG ISI in the first place? It is NOT all about him but about some one Bajwa wants.

Now for the Army Chief, I honestly think extension to Bajwa would be a very bad idea, extensions mostly are.

Elections should be called immediately and if caretaker govt. can't or shouldn't appoint new chief then CJCSC can be given temporary charge as army chief. Stuff like that has happened before...nothing difficult about that. Infact he can even be made permanent army chief actually but I don't think that would be a very good idea either, but temporary is fine.

This statement by IK is a masterclass.
Rather silly actually.

Former prime minister and PTI chief Imran Khan Monday proposed to extend the tenure of Chief of the Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa till the next elections.

In an interview with a private TV channel, Khan said that the appointment of an army chief should be postponed until the government is elected, which should then choose the new military head.

Khan has been making headlines since his ouster in April because of his constant remarks regarding the army chief.

Earlier this month, while speaking during a public rally in Faisalabad, the PTI chairman had called out the government, saying that it was delaying the elections to appoint an army chief of its own and that if a "patriotic chief of army staff comes in, he will not spare the incumbent rulers."

However, today, — in a change of stance — the former premier said that he was ready to hold talks with the coalition government regarding snap polls.

He also clarified that he is not anti-America, a day after news circulated that the PTI chief has met ex-US diplomat Robin Raphel at his Bani Gala residence.

Regarding the Islamabad High Court’s (IHC) decision to indict him in a contempt of court case on September 22, Khan said that if the five-member bench hearing the case would have allowed him to say something, he would have apologised.

The court had last month taken notice of the former prime minister's speech at a public rally, where he allegedly threatened Islamabad additional sessions judge Zeba Chaudhry for extending PTI leader Shahbaz Gill's remand.

Seems everyone surrendered to IK. Now Khawaja Asif crying on TV.
