Saudi, Qatar, UAE, and Kuwait should sell oil and gas to Pakistan with much lower price. I believe it can be done if Pakistan give good proposal that include some financial and fiscal reform. Saudi for example selling oil price lower than market price at some Asian countries

Other Muslim countries are doing fine. Indonesia has excess fund of 17 billion USD and until the end of November only has budget deficit less than 1 % of GDP. Compare it to India that I believe the budget deficit is between 6-7 % of GDP.

Malaysia has 14 % economic growth in third quarter, the rest are good. I would say only Pakistan, Bangladesh, Lebanon, and Turkey are in difficult condition but Turkey can solve their own problem alone.
