It's a cultural thing, very sensitive issue in the Hindi speaking belt but in many states it's not an issue at all.
we can use the same culture sensitivity issue bullshit excuse in Pakistan in that case. Islam hates idol worship, but we dont ban temples. not even one state in Pakistan bans idols and temples. there is not a single aspect of hinduism that is banned in any province of Pakistan. this shows Pakistan is far more tolerant than india.

India isn't a fascist state either.
If it isn't why are you denying it...don't believe in anything unless it is officially denied.

There are hundreds of articles about India descent into fascism.

India’s drift into the path of fascism is not a myth but a reality and needs to be analysed in three ways. First, the success of Modi regime to inundate police, bureaucracy, and judiciary with its followers who, instead of enforcing the rule of law and justice system, cover up the crimes of Hindu fanatics against minorities. In educational institutions and the media also, the BJP and the Shiv Sena have managed to induct their diehard followers who not only suppress dissent and truth but create an environment of fear and terror. It’s like a typical fascist state where voices of dissent are not tolerated and critics are either removed from the scene or are neutralised by threats and acts of coercion. As a result, the Indian print and electronic media is fast conforming to the BJP-Shiv Sena narrative which aims to transform India into a Hindu state.

The higher and lower judiciary in India has been neutralised to a large extent which is reflected in its failure to process cases of intimidation and violence against religious minorities and give a verdict against them. The environment of suffocation is so deep in India that artists, musicians, singers and film stars are unable to perform according to their conscience. Particularly Muslim artists and film stars are a target of harassment and are called unpatriotic and Pakistani agents. Even those farmers who are protesting against the Modi regime’s new policies are termed as unpatriotic or as being supported by Pakistan.

Hinduism must be banned in India itself. It is an abomination. A caste system perpetuated under the garb of so called 'religion'.

90% of Hinduism has already been banned by past rulers. No one does Sati, temple prostitution or breast tax today.

The remaining 10% including caste system MUST be driven to extinction.

no beef lynchings this year, unless I missed something. :P

anyway, point was clear.. Pak have issues with Pashtoon nationalism, resentment toward the Punjabis by the others, issues in Balochistan and Sindh. Not like you're not dealing with this stuff.. also honour killings, forced conversions/abductions of minorities, religious extremism, the Shia-Sunni divide, Ahmedis ostracized and discriminated against by the state.
Beef lynching is non-stop, and so is lynching just for the fun of it, you guys just can't stop.

No, sir, no point is clear without it being clearly expressed, otherwise, we might as well start assuming everything about the other and have endless, meaningless discussions that make no sense. We have a brain for a reason, to be able to express ourselves. so please either say what you mean or remain quiet, because expressed communication is the only way of understanding each other.

I agree with your point, Pakistan does have many of the issues you mentioned, but not all.
those issues and much much more exists in India, they don't just exist, they are prevalent to the extreme.

But, the portion you replied to, and the point of our discussion was regarding hatred towards people from other parts of the country to the point of thinking of them as the other.
I have to inform you that on that point you are totally wrong because no such thing exists in Pakistan. There may be individuals who dislike someone for various reasons, but it is not a common thing, and not an ethnic thing, not at all, in no parts of the country.

You see unlike you, we are willing to admit to our shortcomings, but not to lies.

Baluchistan is an Indian-sponsored terror project, that has failed miserably. For that, you should be ashamed.

Still going strong, no escaping the caste system in India, it's intrinsic to Hinduism.

There never was a state called India. It's a colonial relict that needs to be disintegrated into natural smaller states, like it was before the British. South Asia will be peaceful once again.

There are PLENTY of dissenters in India, from all backgrounds, including many muslims.

The state isn't commiting a crime against any section of the population, the law applies to everyone equally.

The judiciary is still independent, Modi sarkar just got rapped by a judge in that activist arrest in the Greta drama.

The farmers protest have been co-opted by certain nefarious groups, plenty of evidence of it.

practicing hindus dont want to eat beef. so banning beef slaughter and eating it was targeting non-hindus, especially muslims. banning the azan and loudspeakers from mosques was clearly targeting muslims. you dont hear Pakistan banning temple bells. are temple bells and loudspeakers in hindu festivals banned in India? dont talk shit.

Below are some of the early signs of Fascism as coined by Umberto Eco, fully describes the India situation today...the rot is about to be completed.

1. Powerful and continuing nationalism
2. Disdain for human rights
3. Identification of enemies as a unifying cause
4. Rampant sexism
5. Controlled mass media
6. Obsession with national security
7. Religion and government intertwined
8. Corporate power protected
9. Labour power suppressed
10. Disdain for intellectuals and the arts
11. Obsession with crime and punishment
12. Rampant cronyism and corruption
