India, BD don't count even if they would allow (which they likely wouldn't anyway) because the jung will be along China's industrial and finance + population hubs, all along their east coast.

Yeah expeditionary forces are a longshot. India, ROK, Japan, Australia (and most of SEA i believe) will be with USA. Though i dont think theyll go into direct combat anytime soon, still an interesting scenario.
