Taliban don't need to ask anything.Afghanistan is a fractured society.You can't break a fractured body.All this bombing and stuff is common and part of life there.They clean up and move on.It's not like this scares away the foreign investors or shuts down their stock exchange.Only people left in Afghanistan are those who could not afford to leave.
