Shutting down of the air space over Pakistan was something really surprising after the skirmish. Now that the context is clear, it makes sense.

What he did was treason and made Pak laughing stock in front of the world. Its a permanent damaged to pak reputation.

This guy should be out of public sights for good if you know what I mean.

Not really. The permanent damage is on those who are too weak, powerless and impotent to take on an enemy that is more than 7x smaller than itself despite having the full backing of the west and Russia..........:azn:

Under Geneva convention, both war and non war situations are covered.
But i was just going through the release conditions and their is no timeline given for release. Lot of false information that release has to be in 7 days , etc.
The pow has to be released as soon as possible after cessation of hostilities. But since no formal war condition existed, and hostilities are ongoing on the LOC from the last 3 decades, Pakistan had a lot of leeway in interpretation of cessation of hostilities.
So the Amazon delivery repatriation speed shown by the Pakistanis has to be admired..
Technically yes... but i'm not only witness to the propaganda of ''Indian army is in motion to expand war beyond Kashmir'', but i did my level best to argue against the propaganda paddlers.

I argued, pointing at previous history of stand-offs and Kashmir wars with India, especially Kargil time. Where Pakistan military was toothless, as far weapons and modernization is concerned. Even than no all out war happened.

Today, Pakistan Army, Navy and PAF are 500% better equipped and modernized, so believing war propaganda on the eve of 27th February was non sense for me, hence i did all i could to counter it, but it seems the propagandist were more deeply connected with decision making circle in Pakistan, and eventually managed to free their buddy, which i declared, India winning on table, which was nothing new and surprising. All happened in a classic style.

I declared release of Abhinandan a folly than, and i stand by my opinion today. I also opposed the idea of allowing Indian sub to sail back safely.... Incident, which happened shortly after.
There is no abuse in above video , it answer all your questions.
Abuse is in your words... but that's understandable.
If you doubt... copy paste your post on some fairly moderated forum.
BTW, there was no question in my post you quoted... so i don't know which questions are you guessing here!
I don't watch the propagandist videos, my statements are only pointing at statements of leadership and eventual ground reality and that matters most.

I admire your patriotism in your first reply.

How do you justify Ayyaz Sadiq?

Do you believe he should be punished?

We are all curious to hear the N league supporter view.

I think this is first time you read my post.. this is why you were not aware of my patriotism earlier.
BTW, In my post you quoted, there's isn't much of patriotic talk, but still you are lucky to read it, before it's deleted by GHQ.

I don't need to justify anyone of the politicians.... i did not even bothered to listen what AS said.

Who is N league supporter?

Who cares about what happened 50 years ago. The past cannot be changed. Let's concentrate on the future. I'm more concerned about when we will make Afghanistan a part of Pakistan. We might as well, as when I was in Pakistan last year, half of Afghanistan seemed to be there as well

As usual, limited Pakistani intellects not focusing on all relevant details. There are two assertions in Ayaz Sadiq's statement:

1. Bajwa was acting like a coward.
2. There was no threat of attack from India.

His second assertion has actually been verified now by DG ISPR himself, wherein he has again revisited the powerful response given by Pakistan. So the key question to ask is, why was Bajwa acting like a coward? Was he under Indian pressure, or under the pressure of his masters whose wishes are his command (NOTE: This is my personal speculation based on circumstantial evidence)? Thank you @BATMAN for raising the issue of clearances. Can you please also post the navy video which dramatizes the submarine lock and shows clearly that command was received from the top to not fire at the submarine?

Gentlemen, there are TWO testimonies from the airforce AND from the navy. The airforce has told us clearly that 7 clearances were not given. The navy has told us the clearance for the submarine was not given. We, as a nation, demand to know who made these decisions, and why?
Here's the news... https://www.dawn.com/news/1297189
Please book mark it, as usual many Indians at google are working to coverup the insane generosity of Pakistan.

Where i feel most uncomfortable, is that non of the naval officer involved in action, had balls to tender resignation in face of inconceivable orders, from some supreme authority.
You can imagine the obvious awkwardness in any such orders, which in preset case and in it's simplistic form was....
a) To grant clemency to an Indian sub, which (to say the least) was found doing espionage in Pakistani waters.
I don't know how surrender is called in naval terminology, but Indian sub was cornered into a similar situation.
b) Escort the said sub to neutral or Indian waters, ensuring it's safety. !!!!!!

I trust, at least the officer in-charge on Pakistan side, has at least demanded from his officer in line, to repeat the order.
It should be all be accessible in record. If not, than lintel is black at top.
I will not accept, excuses like there was any diplomatic pressure from Saudis... like we are told every time.

I also keep telling, I haven't listened to statement of AS, while i'm basing my arguments on ground realities and common sense.

FACTS in subject case are:
- Regime did called upon an urgent meeting of all opposition parties, including PMLN. of whom regime was blood thirsty, otherwise.
- In the said meeting, (of un publicized agenda) regime was advocating for release of Abhinandan on express grounds. One of the alleged argument (according to AS) was threat of Indian counter attack, which is now disputed by regime.
- Said meeting was attended by large number of participants, and the attendees included (but not limited to) were SMQ, Bajwa and AS.
- Regime was the undisputed final authority, in all decisions, and had full control over sharing intelligence with opposition and to it's limits.
- As of yet, Public isn't informed that if similar meeting was called upon, while calling off operation swift retort.
- Bajwa and PMIK are on same page.
