Taliban denied responsibility. Im telling ya this blast stinks of either alqaeda or ISIS. Last year an attack took place in kabul where a maternity center was targated in which newborns, pregnant women were martyred, nobody took responsibility of that attack but US think ISIS was behind it, others thinks the same. This is the same kind of attack. Who the **** targates girls schools.
Remember there are 3 organizations who will targate schools, mosques, churches, Temples, public/picnic areas etc etc and they are TTP, AlQaeda and ISIS. All of these have same ideology. Some 2 weeks ago an AlQaeda attacker was going to blow up a mosque during prayer in afg, thankfully the device blew before he could reach the mosque. These 3 organizations are menace and should be crushed under feet.

You can send a message by killing less people no need to do this kind of carnage.
Agreed.

Jeez I wonder who allowed these ISIS scum into Afghanistan?! Ever wonder why america is now confidently announcing the withdrawal of it's military in September 2021?

Food for thought!!!
ISIS-K are ex-TTP and like-minded Afghan militants.

Taliban has denied any involvement. (Usually they are very quick to claim responsibility for their attacks) Ghani has put the blame on them. Wont be too long he will blame Pakistan.

Could be the “large scale atrocity” or part of a series of such attacks to build up a narrative (especially against school girls from an ethnic minority background) that they were hinting at to get sanctions on the Taliban and/or Pakistan in that Rubin article; A possible false flag to keep foreigners in Afghanistan or at least their money and contractors. Whomever did this should be hunted down regardless.
Yeah off course, false flag. Talibans are angels..they have history of doing such things, remember Malala?

On your expressing concern on punishing those behind attack on minority.....have you punished any so far in cases of Hazara yet?

I think recent attack on Pakistani forces is the retaliation of this cowardly terrorist attack on children. Taliban is behind this attack and everyone knows that pakistan supports Taliban. NDS has taken the war to enemy soil.

We can kill thousands of foot soldiers but it wont change anything. Time to take this to the planners and the states funding this menace.

NDS is going to receive more body bags in coming days because instead of fighting ISIS, who actually did it, they are sending terrorists to Pakistan.

There is no such thing as isis in Afghanistan. Isis mercenaries have been given only one job by their American masters, to remove Asad in Syria, they have no business in Afghanistan. It's your puppets talibanis who are killing the poor children and they along with you will pay for it.

The Pakistani government has taken action in the past (to what extend in most cases; I can’t find the news articles to prove either way) but I agree, not at all nearly enough. the fact that it keeps happening shows that this needs to be a dedicated effort of the government.

The Talibs have supposedly been working with Iranians lately and even have at least one hazara commander. This should indicate at the very least come kind of detente with the Shia/Hazara community. Some or many in their organization may still hold bigoted views, but currently they may have been ordered not to act upon it for practical strategic reasons, or it maybe a genuine shift in the organization. Similar to their refrain from targeting foreigners, it is presumably currently not in their interest to target Hazaras.

US officials would like to disagree

Have you punished your Australian soldiers who were caught killing Afghan civilians on camera?
