        @The Eagle Do you mind sharing your budget? Gulberg Green consists of mostly 4 kanal and larger residential plots so if you want residential plots then turn your attention towards Gulberg Residencia as that is where you will find 2 kanal and smaller residential plots. Both societies should be considered as one.

      @ nobody I am planning to invest in the near future, maybe 2 years time. I want to buy a plot of land and wait till the price rises and then sell it. A few of my relatives bought plots near Islamabad for 20 to 30lakh and then sold for 90lakh. I am not close to them so can't use their contacts. Yes I agree capitalSmartMarket seems too good to be true, I have also seen companies selling land in Gwadar on installments.

      AssalamuAlaikum. Hope you're good bro. I have recently been reading up on Capital Smart City. Not sure if its safe or not. Really appreciated your advice on buying plots/property from DHA Lahore/Islamabad or CDA Islamabad.

        DHA is always safe, anyone who dares to even question DHA will be put in his/her place by any means necessary. As for Captial Smart City, from what I have read it seems safe but too good to be true. Unlike Bahira Town all land of Capital Smart City is CDA approved which means that it is safe. Can you share with me your budget?

        A close person of mine has invested in a villa in Capital city, Although The place is safe, But unlike KHI/DHA/Bahria, Capital didn’t see any rise in prices or profit for Investors, And what is, Is minimal.
