I'd recommend a fairly useful and easy-to-understand couple of books that comes in the titles of 'Chest X-ray Made Easy', 'Abdominal X-ray Made Easy' etc. CT scans/MRIs are best understood by discussion with the radiology instructors/faculty of relevant clinical specialty in my opinion.

Sir what book you will suggest me for the radiology field? you know medical student must have grasp on Xrays and CT/MRI. i never found any in my college library.
