Qatar makes formal request for F-35 jets

Two more squadrons of Rafale fighter is under consideration: IAF Chief

Canada suspends exports of military drone technology to Turkey

Marine F-35 jet crashes after clipping wings with refueling plane

A Marine Corps F-35 fighter jet crashed in Imperial County, California, after clipping the wing of a Marine KC-130 refueling tanker during a mid-air refueling, according to a Marine Corps statement.


Air Defence Exercise titled ÔADEX-2020-2’ of Bangladesh Air Force was held in Dhaka, Chattogram, Cox’s Bazar, Moulvibazar, Tangail and Bogura on Sunday (27-09-2020). All types of BAF fighter aircraft, transport aircraft, radar squadrons and air defence missile units participated in the exercise. Operational activities were conducted in the extended boundaries of the Air Defense Identification Zone for the first time through this exercise.

Armenian SU-25 fighter jet shot down

A spokesman for Turkish president Recep Tayyip Erdogan denied Yerevan’s claim to Bloomberg. Azerbaijan’s defense ministry has also denied that a Turkish F-16 jet has shot down an Armenian warplane. “The claim that Turkey shot down an Armenian fighter jet is absolutely untrue. Armenia should withdraw from the territories under its occupation instead of resorting to cheap propaganda tricks.”

Saffron Bandit 2020

The Pakistan Air Force is conducting this year's Saffron Bandit exercise last phase at Masroor Air Base, Karachi. The exercise is conducted after every few years since 1994 with the main objective of excelling in the air combat capabilities in any future conflicts. All fighter units from the air force as well as Air Defense and support units are participating in the exercise.
