I am not surprised one bit but at least this article should start some discourse among our Pakistani friends regarding the topic of Sovereignty.

This should also give some of the PDF member a food for thought who blame the "Evil" Afghans for scheming with the americans to drone Pakistan :)

From the Article :

Newly released Wikileaks cables revealed that the US military’s drone strikes programme within Pakistan had more than just tacit acceptance of the country’s top military brass, despite public posturing to the contrary. The cables state that the country’s military was requesting the US for greater drone back-up for its own military operations as long ago as January 2008.

back then we have no precision strike equipment... am i right bro @DESERT FIGHTER

nearly decade old news have no relevance now.. there is new chief, new govt, moreover people of Pakistan who were in shock during past strikes are now angry.. and it can be result in religious and patriot people joining Afghan Taliban factions to level the scores with US and its puppets.. so its bad for you Kabul city govt as well..

did you read the article ?? @A-Team ??

if that would be allowed by any Political Leader, that leader hanged immediately.

Mushi Allowed Drone Attacks, and Kayani also followed the same track.

The question is: have those drone strikes been beneficial to Pakistan? the US? Afghanistan?

Even if they are extremely effective -- they enrage one of the center of gravities of the war: the Pakistani population.

The drone strikes are simply an antipyretic to deal with the insurgency. Neither the Americans nor the Pakistani generals would be silly to believe that drones can win the war against terrorism :)
