China's rise is the best thing that happened to the world in 500 years.

China being a large, powerful and independent country provides a check on Western barbaric behaviour the world has witnessed over the last 500 years.

Hundreds upon hundreds of millions of innocent humans have suffered at the hands of Western colonialism and slavery and endless wars and looting.

People of poor countries have been butchered by Western militaries for centuries and China provides an opportunity for these poor countries to develop as China is opening its big markets, providing investment, providing financing, providing technology, buildinginfrastructure, providing weapons to defend themselves.

China's rise will mean the global South will rise with it and the non-Western countries will be able to live a decent life without being bombed and sanctioned by Western barbarians.

Go China, go you good thing!

let it all out savior. soon we'll be kissing your feet liberator.

Agreed. China's rise is the synthesis of the anti-Western sentiment grown over the past few hundred years.

People at large are fed up with the wars, death and destruction brought over them by the major colonial powers.

They are still attracted by the wealth and opportunities of the West but, at the first instance there is an alternative model, they are ready to jump off the boat.

And yes, 'Go China, go you good thing!"
