What can I say, the Japanese Navy learns and trains with the best of the best, the USN.
Now, I can't wait till we do some training in the Northern Atlantic. 2nd Fleet Area of Operations.

I dont think China wants any War in Asia , they are busy in taking over World Business and Industries

Would love to see the JMSDF do training exercises with Pakistan Navy in the future ! Definitely we need to increase interoperability and joint exercises !

You can avoid war by being powerful, either overwhelmingly to make any cost to yourself recoverable, or powerful enough to make any cost to a potential adversary unpalatable. The latter is more possible for Japan than the former is possible for China.I dont think China wants any War in Asia , they are busy in taking over World Business and Industries

Yeah i agree with the bold part .. but Asia host countries with Massive Military's , Japan and China are both huge Economies , they wont be that fool to wage a war , when every one is focused on Economic Warfare ...your whole Fleet is there to do what ? Protect Japan from China ? or Protect S.Korea from N.Korea ... ? i think they are capable in defending their country ..
If I may add, the growing naval cooperation between Japan, The United States, and Australia -- in the Pacific Ocean Region will be a factor in preventing any Chinese foolhardly decision to instigate anything. When it comes to maritime brinksmanship, Japan is not afraid to stand up to adversary (we have fought far more larger empires than us in the past -- ergo, The Russian Empire, The United States --- and have not back down to a fight even when the odds were against us). The fact that Japan (which has a legacy of not backing down to a fight and with a mature and formidable naval force) has a strong all-weather security alliance with the Untied States (the world's greatest power) means that any instigation and conflict would result in an immediate response , an overwhelming one at that, by both the United States and Japan.
Conflict should be a foregone conclusion, however, we are not afraid to unsheath the proverbial Katana when we have to. Japan , by her very nature, is a martial power. We have never, in our history, backed down from any adversary. Not to the Chinese, the Mongols, Russians, Americans, et cetera. The United States, too, has an unmatched naval legacy , not to mention shear military power.
I think these factors should be enough to send a dose of reality to any would be agitator.

yeah , well i want to see PN make their own Battle group , and have some Exercise with JMSDF
The likelihood of warfare between Japan and China is low, especially as relations are improving. It is just that in naval war games, naval war colleges, naval institutions , especially in regards with Japan and the United States, we prepare for these contingencies. You would be surprised to know the kinds of contingencies we study, practice and prepare for. lol.
It covers the 'unlikely', 'extremely unlikely' to 'likely'. lol.

Well i have no idea about the Naval Warfare , and its Contingencies but i am sure they will be Unique , you guys Trained with the best Navies , so i can expect that hahhaha
but yeah i do believe that Japan and China wont go to any War ... Chinese Think tanks know that it wont be easy to Pass USN and Japanese Navy ... Friendly Asia is good for world peace ..this region has a lot of Potential .. War will Ruined the decades of Hard work and set it back years back for any country ..
