The US builds a number of security sites in Israel for the IDF. Last June, the Conti Federal Services Company received millions of dollars for construction work at the confidential 13558 Site

An official publication on the US Department of Defense website (defense.gov) reveals that last June, "Conti Federal Services was awarded a $7,395,937 modification (0005) to foreign military sales (Israel) contract W012GB-15-D-0020 for construction at Site 13558. Work will be performed in Israel, with an estimated completion date of July 22, 2017."
A search of the contract number in Google showed no results, which means that this is a secret project and all data concerning it was blacked out by the DoD. Usually, information about unclassified US contracts, even if carried out in foreign countries, could be found online.
An open-source examination of the Conti Federal Services activity revealed that the company has been operating in Israel since 2010, performing several security construction projects funded by the United States. In 2012, the United States decided to build a secret underground complex in Israel, according to defense-update. Back then, Conti’s bid went toward building five underground levels and six above ground buildings. The construction work was scheduled to be completed by May 2015.
Not all sites build by the Conti Company in Israel are classified. According to a 2014 publication, the company performed construction work at the Shivta base in the Negev region. Conti is also a partner in the massive MATOC construction project in Israel, which is comprised of many contracts, and carried out by the US military.
