There is no country that is good at all of them maybe USA. Each country has unique things like Scandinavian countries have low corruption, high education statistics, some countries higher rank on other things so changes.

Japan is definitely in the top 3.

Disagree with Japan. Their education system is about to collapse, their industries are loosing out to other Asian competition, they have tonnes of corruption in the form of yakuza connections.the only thing that I would really rank Japan as #1 on is safety.
