Visa-free travel
The wanderers

Aug 10th 2011, 15:10 by The Economist online

The passports that allow their holders to go almost anywhere

AFGHANS hoping to embark on a grand tour of Europe, or any other continent in fact, are likely to find their wanderlust curtailed by immigration officials. According to an index compiled annually by Henley & Partners, a law firm, natives of Kabul, Baghdad and Mogadishu are required to fill in visa applications for more countries than anyone else. Scandinavians and Finns, by contrast, can travel to 173 countries or territories (out of a possible 223) without the need to fill in forms with curious questions dreamt up by bureaucrats.

Nice.. Interesting to see the Indian passport having more accessibility than the Chinese one.

where is the full list from the source?

I wanted to know about some other countries too.

Read visa free travel from other sources already but this one seems to be the latest report

Henley and Partners have a full report, but it is costly to get in toto. The Economist published only the summary given above.

English commonwealth + no "yellow man's handicap". Its well known that Oriental nations are discriminated against in visa procedures.

Also have to blame our government which doesn't push for visa removals.

Not in their interest. Too many crooked officials wanting to steal and flee.
