True gender equality: When both women AND MEN have a voice

An interesting talk ..

Would like your input @Akheilos @SMC @Djinn @Side-Winder

India is basically going to be full-fledged feminazi utopia soon, where laws only protect women or let them make outrageous accusations (e.g. rape in lieu of marriage, false dowry cases, etc). At least in Western countries, the laws are (mostly) equal on paper, even though their implementation is anything but. Sorry to say this but Indian males tend to come across as one of the most feminized pus$y-whipped white knights one would ever come across. I thought Pakistani guys were bad but then I saw Indian guys (incl. the "how can she slap" video). It's ridiculous that they aren't even protected from domestic violence and several other things by the law.

I'd recommend the Indian men that are concerned about these laws to actively lobby against them and/or move to another country. Even though Western countries aren't that much better, at least you have protection on paper. And when it comes to false allegations of several types, they are very common in western countries too but the police are so used to them by now that the chances of a false allegation being prosecuted are fairly low. Just don't get married here and your chance of false allegations come down substantially.

Great find, even thou i am aware of the misuse of such laws worldwide, while watching the video above i kept on thinking about the movie Disclosure. Coming to Pakistan, if such laws are ever implemented then they will be greatly misused. I know this psycho girl who accused a friend of mine for harassment, but later on every one came to know that she really was crazy and had trouble with everyone including girls lol.

Why the need for gender equality in the first place? This concept of gender equality itself is intellectually shallow , bizarre and ludicrous. Its a highly loaded and fallacious term.Does it make any sense to call for equality between a lion and a tiger , a cat and a dog , a employer and the employee , armed policemen and unarmed citizens , a judge and an alleged criminal , parents and children etc etc?

there is one point i will agree with you on but it may not be like your opinion entirely.

the male and the female are separate beings biologically and psychologically ( the last mostly ) and hence their needs are somewhat different and the conditions of their place in society ( employment ) must also be different.

but the natural and reasonable social rights ( and socio-economic rights in the present scenario ) that the male and the female have, how can they be separate?? that is anti-human.

i quote muammar gaddafi's green book, part 3, 'the social basis of the third universal theory' :
It is an undisputed fact that both man and woman are human beings. It follows, as a self-evident fact, that woman and man are equal as human beings. Discrimination against woman by man is a flagrant act of oppression without justification for woman eats and drinks as man eats and drinks; woman loves and hates as man loves and hates; woman thinks, learns and comprehends as man thinks, learns and comprehends. Woman, like man, needs shelter, clothing, and transportation; woman feels hunger and thirst as man feels hunger and thirst; woman lives and dies as man lives and dies.
Women are females and men are males. According to gynaecologists, women menstruate every month or so, while men, being male, do not menstruate or suffer during the monthly period. A woman, being a female, is naturally subject to monthly bleeding. When a woman does not menstruate, she is pregnant. If she is pregnant, she becomes, due to pregnancy, less active for about a year, which means that all her natural activities are seriously reduced until she delivers her baby. When she delivers her baby or has a miscarriage, she suffers puerperium, a condition attendant on delivery or miscarriage. As man does not get pregnant, he is not liable to the conditions which women, being female, suffer. Afterwards a woman may breast-feed the baby she bore. Breast-feeding continues for about two years. Breastfeeding means that a woman is so inseparable from her baby that her activity is seriously reduced. She becomes directly responsible for another person whom she assists in his or her biological functions; without this assistance that person would die. The man, on the other hand, neither conceives nor breast-feeds. End of gynaecological statement!

All these innate characteristics form differences because of which men and women are not the same. These characteristics in themselves are the realities that define male and female, men and women; they assign to each of them a different role or function in life. This means that men cannot replace women in carrying out these functions. It is worthy of consideration that these biological functions are a heavy burden, causing women great effort and suffering. However, without these functions which women perform, human life would come to an end. It follows that it is a natural function which is neither voluntary nor compulsory. It is an essential function, without which human life would come to a complete halt.
To demand equality between man and woman in carrying heavy weights while the woman is pregnant is unjust and cruel. To demand equality between them in fasting and hardship while she is breast-feeding is unjust and cruel. To demand equality between them in any dirty work which stains her beauty and detracts from her femininity is unjust and cruel. Education that leads to work unsuitable for her nature is unjust and cruel as well.
There is no difference between men and women in all that concerns humanity. None of them should marry the other against his or her will, or divorce without a just trial or mutual agreement. Neither should a woman remarry without such agreement or divorce; nor a man without divorce or consent.
Modern industrial societies, which have made women adapt to the same physical work as men at the expense of their femininity and their natural role in terms of beauty, maternity and serenity, are materialistic and uncivilized. To imitate them is as stupid as it is dangerous to civilization and humanity.

to add to this, the modern anti-nature phenomenon of the "health and wellness" industry creating a model for the "fit" female ( thin and muscular ) tending towards remaking the female body into a androgynous shape, all this is driven by the trillion dollar "health and wellness" industry and not protested by the reactionaries... i mean, the mullah ( or the hindu priest for that matter in analogous situation ) would not mind a thin/muscular female in heavy chest-covering hijab doing karate football but the same mullah would be outraged by a chubby female in a short and decent ( to my eyes ) hijab and long skirt and dancing even in the old-fashioned dance hall way.

some ten years ago started a obscene phenomenon ( to my socialist eyes ) of the modern reactionary muslim females ( the approved sporty type ) associated with the tableeghi jamaat, wearing almost ankle length heavy coat ( actually a very long tunic like a corrupted version of the kashmiri female outer dress ), a salwar poking out under the coat, and chest-covering huge hijab ( more like a shawl ) and kicking football.

so a collaboration of the reactionaries and the capitalists against natural human values and social harmony.

and your comparisons are wrong and i list how for three of them :

1. you cannot compare the filthy dog to those among humans who are innocent.

2. one will be a utter capitalist criminal by saying that there must be separate categories in work called 'employer' and 'employee'... that is feudalism and cannot be accepted.

only day-before-yesterday was 'may day', the day of the workers, calling on them to recognize their right as a dignified human who cannot be trampled by the employer just because of the employer controlling the salary of the worker and the means of getting the produce to the market at a illogical price higher per product or per batch ( for small items ) than the monthly wages of the workers who made those products.

some hours ago i and @Mentee were talking about the pakistani socialist music band 'laal' and one of their songs in our discussion was 'inqalab' that was about the sorry state of workers in south asia :

www.youtube.com/watch?v=qtrV6o2fCpI

and i personally almost created a employee union in my last ( and final ) job-place which was the media division of a big indian multinational software/media services company... i could have easily created the union but chose to resign ( for other reasons ) but had i pursued the idea it would have been the first employee union in the new indian industry called 'it and services'.

feudalism is rejected, capitalism is rejected... these two were in the call voiced in february by kanhaiya kumar, the socialist president of the students union of the 'jawahar lal nehru university' in delhi.

i will quote muammar gaddafi's green book, part 2, 'solution to the economic problem - socialism' :
Income is an imperative need for man. In a socialist society, it should not be in the form of wages from any source or charity from any one. In this society, there are no wage-earners, but only partners. One's income is a private matter and should either be managed privately to meet one's needs or be a share from a production process of which one is an essential component. It should not be a wage in return for production.

further concentrating this, in a proper communist system the workers will be every able citizen who will work in collectivized manner towards contributing efficiently to the society so that they can get their material fulfillment for free up to a non-greedy level... this has been demonstrated to various levels in some communist countries like dprk and ussr, and has provided output better than in places like india, bangladesh or britain.

work must be a collective effort and collectivized effort... even in capitalism-run india certain employments or industries have a form of collectivization called "co-operative societies" and as example i quote the 'amul' cattle milk collection and milk products production system[1].

3. about your posting about parents and children, it is a matter of sadness that in south asia ( as with many eastern societies ) the parents are dictatorial in their relations with their children and this is really the result of these societies being capitalist, non-collectivist, non-communitarian and reactionary... in south asia the parents can easily threaten ( and fulfill the threat ) their children that some child will be thrown out of the house if some demand of the parents is not met, and most often that demand is stupid and anti-social and sadness bringing... so many children in south asia suicide because of the irrational and illegal ( in natural terms ) demands of the parents.

1. in south asia, most middle class parents waste their life in wage-slavery, voluntarily adopt middle-class poverty and then transfer that poverty to their children as inheritance... these parents would have gotten 30 to 50 years to have really participated in revolution and remade their society into harmonious, socialist societies yet they waste away those decades in being wage-slave fathers and wastrel gossipy traditional housewives and then try to mould their children ( especially their sons ) into wastrel parasites like themselves.

2. my parents are no more higher human beings than me... my respect to them must only be in return of their respect for me... if they have made wrong decisions they must be told so, even of their historic mistakes... any parents who do "honor killing" must be shot in the head in public... no family oppression and dictatorship must be allowed.

3. 'the communist manifesto' of 1848 calls for the abolishing of the traditional family system... this is the proper path for a truly scientific human society... in my interpretation of this 1848 desire the application will have children being raised in a nursery until the natural adult age of 13 or 14 when they will be alloted their own houses and will be given full responsibility to put some of the day hours in a neighborhood collective work area ( like a 'vertical farm' or the nursery ), some hours in a town-level collective work and the rest hours to themselves.

so via the manifesto of communism ( from the word 'commune' ), while the father figure and the mother figure will remain, the system will be very different from the traditional family and will be devoid of the socio-economic oppression of now.

would partially agree with this post,in many cases they have the wherewithal to send their kids out of the orbit of mid class to a higher stage ,but they don't,out of ignorance or some other reasons, idon't know

rectify them, only if one knows the problem to the core, but in a gental and sober manner, reason with them use logic, make them believe what you believe-----

as for honor killings and i would also add acid attacks -----any parental figure be it granpa father, Mother, cannot be given death penalty for killing his/her descendants, imprisonment under penal code? might be,but only for a short period of time, eventually they'll be out----as per Islamic injunctions

But! they can be prosecuted for murder. Capital punishment (more probably in cases where the killer is a brother/cousin) can be deduced by applying an Islamic belief that spreading fitna is more dangerous than killing a human---Death penalty on drugs by the saudis and Iranians is the result of the same deduction, using sources of Islamic Jurisprudence, Ijtehad and Qiyas ----honor killing should not be just taken as a murder, rather a fitna:mad::big_boss:

"True" gender equality will never work because in almost all the instances women will lose brutally. There is a limit as to what a 13/14 year old mind can accomplish.

There is a growing movement known as MGTOW...and their various members have explained most of the phenomena in detail.

this health and wellness tenet all revolves around making mankind to ridiculously follow their instincts like animals,so that, this bafoonary could generate a gigantic pile of money for the elite-----

that's right.

look at this anti-nature, anti-aesthetic and anti-common-sense filth from march this year... being "fit" while being pregnant and getting celebrated in british mainstream media for it :

ah, i have seen this vid before.

cell phones towers have battery backup - for example, my internet connection is of a cell phone card on the modem ( gprs?? ) and i can use it even when the power is off ( at least until the ups holds ) which means that the nearby cell phone base station tower is on.

but i have experienced headache once or twice while standing near the microwave oven.

yes, the effects are true and are being observed on bird populations which are reducing :

yes.

and one can observe that any place where usa government and nato have brought democracy or are supportive of the current government/establishment this jewish traditions is present.

though where the progressives are organized this tradition is challenged, like most recently there was a thread on pdf about a egyptian parliamentarian who called the burqa what you did ( a jewish tradition ) and wanted it banned.

sir don't you think the western especially scandinavian countries and some asian ones like Japan and singapore are following this thing via social security porgrams :undecided:

scandinavia, yes they have social security programmes but i think their high taxation rate really cancels out most benefits of the programmes.

there was the iceland banking crisis which caused lot of trouble to icelandic citizens.

japan and singapore i didn't know had social security programs... if you have more information please post.

but what is simplest and ideal is the entire socio-economic system be socialist.

would partially agree with this post,in many cases they have the wherewithal to send their kids out of the orbit of mid class to a higher stage ,but they don't,out of ignorance or some other reasons, idon't know

yes, it is fitna.

Let's implement equality. Let's give a 50-kg bag each to a woman and a man to lift and carry as labourers do...without any eyebrows raised and of course they both should be paid equally. Let's make all other perks and privileges equal too....no maternal holidays... only a month of holiday at max per year. Now all the radical feminists will start screaming at top of their voices at me or whoever tells them the same.
So my friends this equality is just a misnomer and what they want under the pretext of equality is much more perks and privileges in their favour and with least amount of responsibilities.
While the fact is that men and women despite being the same species are very different. God created them for different roles and to complement each other. Women has a role in home making while men has to deal with external world. Woman is like an interior minister and man is like a foreign minister, if one starts to interfere with other's job, there will be a conflict and the state (home) will suffer. I think being a Muslim, I believe that Islam has given both men and women absolutely fair rights and responsibilities but unfortunately in some Muslim societies some men are not ready to give women their rights as espoused by their religion and while some offer too much.
