It's worse than that. Americans are actively taught to be aggressive. It's indoctrinated in them from childhood.

Our soldiers are very disciplined in that they take orders and don't complain. I think American Forces allow their soldiers freedom and to improvise, just so they can stand being there.

Yeah! These Yanks are mostly conscripts on a couple of years contract. They do their time and are back to their old jobs. There's no time to train them. They think they have a license to kill, aka 007. Anybody who is non American is fair game for torture. Remember Abu Ghraib?

They don't support careers in the military as much as they advertise benefits for a tour or two. It feels almost as if they need fodder, and not a system of trained personnel.
