Taliban 'rejects' Afghan peace offer

Whoa, those guys are tough! Hopefully peace does arrive in Afghanistan, but it doesn't look like it will come anytime soon!:disagree::tdown:

Peace will only come once Afghans will decide amongst themselves that how they want run their country. No imposed solutions will fetch any positive results.:agree:

The moment peace comes to afghanistan, trouble starts in pakistan.

No peace in afghanistan is best interest of pakistan.

Where does pakistan gets money if no WOT in afghan?

Karzai has realized that the Taliban are not going to go away.

Whereas at some point in time the US will cut and run as their losses mount daily.

Thanks for the idea.

But the truth is

No peace in Afghanistan means No peace in Pakistan

No Peace in Pakistan means no Peace in Afghanistan

Both countries needs to work together.

that is the problem, nobody let the people in that country to decide for themselves. either the international powers or regional players have imposed thier will on the people.

and thats the problem..once others are gone, Taliban ll force their system..people wont have much say as it happened previously.

Nobody can survive without outside lifeline and support including the taliban. To continue to exist you need money, weapon, food etc. If all the supports truely gets disrupted, they will be gone.

For a brief period- after departure of the soviets and arraival of taliban ..they had the opportunity to rule themselve. Unfortunately, the Mujahiddins kept on fighting among themselves....

^who ll ensure all supplies get abandoned??:cheesy:

that is the question for the helpless people of afghanistan which hasnt been answered yet. everybody is butchering us their own way.

i mean that as insurgents their supplies (presumably coming from middle east, etc) remain unhampered..what if they are left on their own??
i wish afghan people get n exercise their right to live the way they want!
