Sports and economics, coupled with a joint effort to fight of radicals.
Only this can fill the divide ( which at least I think is not very big ).

My parents (especially Mom) fondly remember the old Ceylon (Tamil) radio (im guessing it got through on the AM channels)....much better programs, dramas, news and educational programs than the local ones. Jaffna (Yazhpaanam) was seen as a great Tamil cultural and education center....they preserved many Tamil things that we Indian Tamils had lost or purged due to political or other reasons.

We lost too much time, effort, blood and tears in the bad years since those, time to move on and build a better future for both of us.
