Thank you, any chance to get the IAF, IN standards?

BTW: The 4th test is a 9 feet ditch, does the candidate have to jump from a fixed standing position???

Physical Standards - Career Air Force-India

I guess one has to jump from a fixed standing position.

I am unable to find physical standards for navy (online). However, those are almost same for every branch.
