Need help with Samsung Galaxy ACE S5830

Dear friends,

Need an urgent help,

Bought a new Samsung Galaxy Ace s 5830 y'day. Just now set a screen password.

And now when I type the new password, it is not unlocking...saying password incorrect...


Please somebody helppp.....

switch off the phone,
press home key + power key
Once you get the recovery screen
do Wipe Data/Factory Reset and wipe cache(touch will not work use volume up and down and home button to select)
then restart.

or

Switch your phone into down load mode and Upgrade it to android v2.3……

i faced the same problem for my samsung galaxy fit s5670.....it worked for me.....
