May be that pillar was not even fixed who knows... may be it was left cause the rain..... it is a Iron pillar used to support the pedestrian bridge not the concrete one which is supporting the Track....

it's the beam of the lifted metro track not the pedestrian pillar guys
it was not even fixed just placed upon the vertical pillars .. definitely the mistake of builder/ engineers

yeah that's sure is a wrong decision should have given whole project to Habib Construction nice quality and work much faster
