DI KHAN: The man, who whipped a girl in Swat as shown in a video footage some months ago, has been arrested. Nine suspects were nabbed from Dera Ismail Khan a few days ago, including Amin alias Chhota Aftab, sources said.
According to police sources, they found during investigation that he was the same person who had whipped a girl in Swat publicly. He belongs to Swat and it is said he is not even a relative of the girl he whipped.
