Well you can say this is part two of Pakistan in Guinness book of world record with slightly a different theme.

Lets share the achievements Pakistan made in past 6 decades and compile the list of inventions took place in Pakistan? if we did not contribute towards inventions then we can share anything that is made in Pakistan and we can feel proud of it. For example Nuclear Bomb, Missiles, Tanks, Rickshaw, Cycle or anything that is completely manufactured in Pakistan from scratch and/or we are exporting to the world

It can be just anything that can be tagged as "Made in Pakistan"

First invention by Pakistanis

Ommaya reservoir

An Ommaya reservoir is an intraventricular catheter system that can be used for the aspiration of cerebrospinal fluid or for the delivery of drugs (e.g. chemotherapy) into the cerebrospinal fluid. It consists of a catheter in one lateral ventricle attached to a reservoir implanted under the scalp. It is used to treat brain tumors or leptomeningeal disease by intrathecal drug administration. In the palliative care of terminal cancer, an Ommaya reservoir can be inserted for intracerebroventricular (ICV) injection of morphine.[1]

It was originally invented in 1963 by Ayub K. Ommaya, a Pakistani neurosurgeon.

In 1970, Mahmood was promoted as "Chief Engineer" (CE) at the Karachi Nuclear Power Plant or better known as "KANUPP nuclear power plant" in Karachi with the support of his mentor, Dr. Naeem Ahmad Khan. Mehmood working in the Karachi Nuclear Power Plant where he had developed a scientific instrument, the SBM probe to detect leaks in steam pipes, a problem that was affecting nuclear plants all over the world and is still used worldwide.[2] At KANUPP, he also set up a laboratory to manufacture spare parts for the plant[3]. According to his son, Mehmood, along with other scientists and engineers, eye-witnessed the Indo-Pak War of 1971, and had locked himself in his room where he cried for two days over the loss of East Pakistan [2].
