The IG Sindh said that he has prepared strategy to control the situation in Karachi.

The current transfers do not mean launching of operation, he added.

Talking to media person while visiting CPLC office in Governor House, the IG Wajid Durrani said that it was difficult to halt cross firing. He further said that if police had not taken in-time action, armed clashes would have continued for six more days. The Rangers will be called where it is needed., he added.

CPLC’ chief Ahmad Chanai said that the IG Sindh had plan for the establishment of Special Eagle Force and Community Police.

Here's one strategy...DISRUPT ILLEGAL GATHERINGS OF MORE THAN 3 PERSONS. Anyone without a license to gather, should be beaten away by police and if need be, G3 of Sher of our Rangers. This puts down the risk of bombings and easy targets. Install curfews and bring in a few martial law legislation in civilian code of law and security atmosphere will strengthen. Focus eyes on domestic traitors giving shelter to enemy rather than devising blame game on America. We need Pakistani Patriot Acts 1, 2, 3, and 4 if we are going to get anywhere. Homeland Security is cherished in some societies, especially those who live in peace... in others it's used in a formula as leverage for power and corruption.

^^^ dude the real problem is that they dont want to do anything, if they wanted to stop target killings in Karachi then it would have been stopped long time ago.
