Join Army After matriculate.

A Friend of mine Whose Father is a cow dung cleaner but he(friend) has done matriculate from a Govt. School.
I some how made him agree to join Army and he wanted to do his father's profession.
Now I want to Know Which rank can he join directly N.O.C and J.O.C.

First clear your question you are saying you convinced him to join Army but he wanted to join his fathers profession.....
and secondly he will be inducted as Sepoy at initial stage
