Indra on supporting Mukti Bahni terrorist..

She was a very smart lady. Henry kessinger has praised her like anything. It was not easy to separate bangladesh from pakistan with an overwhelming support. US, Britain, Indonesia, UAE, Saudi whole gulf including Iran were in support of Pakistan. This stubborn lady ultimately did what she had planned.

It wasn't exactly hard either, considering Pakistan was essentially fighting itself in a civil war, which weakened the PA significantly.

She basically introduced terrorism in this part of the region, then paid the price after terrorising the Sikh community and ended up getting pumped by her own guards.

Then this happened...Had it not been for Indra..Pakistan would have reached at-least a negotiated understanding on Kashmir if not a full blown peace and partition plan. Having even minimum understanding over kashmir and border management would have re-started commerce and improved lives of millions of Kashmiris..Indra..played typical evil mother-in-law type politics which had negative geo-political implications...and did not bring her any short term gains either...women in politics is a bad omen..I have always said this...

Indra's immature reactions in East-Pakistan gave West-Pakistan a whole lot new awakening towards its defense..it propelled Pakistan on the fore front of Mujahideen support in Afghanistan which continues to be a terrorist menace today, fast track developments of nuclear bomb, pull China closer in its foreign policy...

And not to mention..the massacre ran both ways..with Mukti terrorist initiating it..by murdering west-Pak civilians and army personal stationed in the east..as well as their families..

Well, some says even that was planned by India.well,I'm not a conspiracy theorist, but Meticulous planning of 1971 war is quite brilliant.

There wasnt any meticulous planning involved..there were three stupid socialist scum fighting for power and that is enough to brew the pot hot..Indra and Mujib got assassinated..Bhutto was hanged...story over..

And she paid price, but blow up entire region in flame afterwords.

Immature mother-in-law politics...Watch some family feud soaps on Star Plus..and compare them to Indra politics..makes an easy understanding...Bangladesh is the forever victim daughter..and Pakistan is the evil daughter-inlaw...Russia is the grand daddy in law...and India itself is the mother in law...

Since I cannot see the clip, what reactions of IG in EP are considered immature ?

9 Million Bengali refugees pouring into India were good enough justification for military operation...going by this logic we should push all Afghan refugees into India as well...

True it was pakistans own making and more over there was no way two land masses separated by such large distance could stay for too long. India at the best just gave the nudge. It was not in best interest of both countries to fight a long running war subcontinent would have ended up becoming another africa.

Why do you want to digress from the topic? how did benazir bhutto die?

In rebuttal, pakistan is the pioneer of terrorism in subcontinent no one can deny that. As a consequence pakistan is now being consumed by the same monster it created.

ISI's Links with Northeast terror groups

Pakistan’s links with North East insurgent groups date back to early 50s. In 1956 Zhukuto Sema, the Self-Styled (SS) Director of Intelligence of Naga Federal Government (NFG) visited Pakistan on the invitation of the Pak Government to explore the possibility of a visit by Zaphu Phizo, President of Naga National Council (NNC). Phizo escaped to East Pakistan in 1957 and sought Pakistan’s recognition of Nagaland and help in raising the issue of its independence in the UN. However, he soon realised that Pakistan’s political posture was mainly to prop Nagas as a source of trouble to India rather than any sympathy for the Naga cause.

Pakistan advised Phizo to go to UK and to raise the Naga issue from there as the dispute between the Nagas and the Indian Government arose as a result of British rule. The Pakistan Government arranged everything for his journey and promised to give moral support and military aid in the form of arms and training in return for concessions which Pakistan was to receive as and when the Nagas achieve their independence. After reaching this understanding with Pakistan, Phizo left Karachi on March 7, 1960 for London via Zurich and asked his followers to go to East Pakistan for arms and training. NNC cadres took military training with special emphasis on handling of bombs, firing 2" mortars, explosives for sabotage, jungle warfare and night operations in camps at Rangamati Ruma, Bandarban, Ukhia, Alikadam and other places in the CHTs.

Later on, Pakistan also gave assistance to the Mizo National Front (MNF). The MNF was allowed to set up training camps in the CHTs and liaison offices in Dhaka and Chittagong. After the creation of Bangladesh in 1971, MNF cadres were forced into Myanmar. In 1972, the Pakistani Consul visited Laldenga in Arakan from Rangoon, who arranged travel documents under assumed names for Laldenga and his close aides. This group flew to Karachi via Rangoon. Onhis arrival in Karachi, Laldenga was given a warm reception and accorded VIP treatment till he left for UK in 1975.

Pakistan Radio broadcasting and press propaganda also played virulently the same incendiary role. On August 23, 1967, Radio Pakistan carried a vitriolic attack on India – "Our struggle for freedom has its impact on other areas also. Today the Bharati Nagas are following in our footsteps. These Naga nationalists are fighting against the colonial power of Bharat as the Kashmiris are doing". Pakistan Government not only set up a liaison cell for contact and giving encouragement to the Nagas and Mizos but also rendered them the facilities to contact foreign missions in Dhaka and to travel to other countries for furtherance of their goal. On return from China, the underground Brigadier Thinuoselie, was sent to East Pakistan in late 1968 to finalise arrangements for training of NNC cadres.

India Gandhi was a great leader. To paraphrase Stanley Wolpert, "Few individuals significantly alter the course of history. Fewer still modify the map of the world. Hardly anyone can be credited with creating a nation-state. India Gandhi did all three."

Are you trolling or really serious about this quote?:what:

Indra rectified Zeena's mistake... bd is culturally different entity and there was little need of continuing... as most pakistani members suggest here.
