Have you even given a thought to the fact that Hekmat Karzai is taller and bigger built than S.Jaishankar; hence his posture is reflective of that fact. Plus Karzai is the Host, and Afghans are characteristically good Hosts as per their traditions. So he is also reflective of that in his body language. Maybe that is beyond your ken, perhaps?
