Health Benefits----Moringa Olifeira Supplement

This post is for old dogs like me with certain ailments---. I have been using it for 4 months now---and I will share the results with you guys----.

Moringa is tree that grows in southern punjab---multan bahawalpur area---.

The local name is SOHANJANA tree---. We eat its flowers by cooking them and make pickle out of its fruit beans.

But he the most important part of the tree is its leaves---that is where it hides its treasures.

How did I start using this item---.

My thyroids do not work---I found that out around 16 years ago---tired all the time---lethargic---if I sat somewhere---I did not want to get up for hours---could not lose weight even with extensive professional grade excercize.

So---my wife did some research for natural products and found Moringa---the Magic tree from Pakistan---.

She gets it is a powder form and I take two capsules in the morning and two in the evening now---.

I started with a lots of hesitation---okay---after 3 weeks of taking them---I suddenly realized---I am not tired anymore---I have a lots of energy and don't want to sit anymore----.

I have done blood work on a regular visits to the doctor before even starting taking this capsule---so my thyroid result was recorded by the lab---I did another test 2 1/2 months ago---then the last test around one month ago---. The doctor stated that my thyroids are working better---she saw a change in numbers----the numbers never changed in the years prior---I take 2mcg tablet every day.

That is number one .

Number two---I do not have prostrate issues---but I do not have free flow of urine--the stream was not strong---I had to push harder and had to get up 3--5 times a night to urinate---.

Since I have been taking Moringa capsules---I get up once at night---my urine stream is strong---and flow is much much better---. I also drink a glass of cold milk without sugar before sleeping.

Third item---.

It effects the blood pressure as well----my blood pressure was around 160 / 85---american doctors think it is high---took the stress test---everything was okay---the heart specialist was disappointed that I weighing at 280 and 6 ft tall 59 years old looked ready for his knife maybe a couple of three or four blocked arteries---but no---probelms.

I started with Valsartan HCTZ 160 / 25 about 10 months ago---1 tablet a day---now I am taking 1/2 tablet a day---blood pressure is down to 140 / 75

4th item---I was not able to reduce my weight for the longest---I have reduced 20 lbs---in 3 months---no work out---same diet.

5th item-----

I do not have diabetes---but it helps those with diabetes---.

Now I am going to go out on a limb---for those---who have family members suffering with serious health issues---diabetes---cancer----and other serious ailments----this supplement does not cure the disease---but the ingredients in this supplement make the life bearable for those suffering---it improves the quality of life.

One of my high school friend is suffering from ALS----when I saw his latest pictures---i could not believe that he has come down from 180 lbs to 90 lbs. Skinny as a bare stick----.

he sent me his medical report---I forwarded it to one of my buddies who is a doctor---his reply was that our mutual high school friend has been given one year to live by the doctors.

I sent him a few bottles to pakistan couple of months ago---. About a month ago he texted me that he is feeling much better physically and has more strength than before and can walk farther----.

A few days ago he texted that he has gained around 4.5 lbs of weight---did I give him hope---are these mind games---I do not know---till the year is over---we will find out if he survives longer---.

My father was a doctor---but my great grand father was a Hakim---educated in Dehli---.

Asn english doctor---a white guy contested him---asked him to prescribe a treatment for an ailment----. The doctor stated that he would prescribe one too.

What my great grand father prescribed and what the english doctor prescribed were the same---my great grand father prescribed it in raw form---the english doctor's prescription was factory made---.

On the doctor's commendations the state awarded my great grandfather a Dastar---.

This anecdote is not to toot the horn---but to share that we in the sub continent had our own form of medicine for hundreds of years and we were not a people full of disease---.

I hope that some of you people who have tried many a things for health for their near and dear ones try this item for 30--60 days. God bless you all.

i always thought its a bush...
without googling can u tell me Ananas plant falls in which category...?

Lastly.. sir do check.. taht the source doen't contain any steroids... as most Hakeem nowadays mix these in every medicine.. however, i hope its not as 60 days are enough to show worst side (side effect) of using steroids.. but if ur wife totally makes herself (from RAW ) then, its different

I love Suhanjna very much....this is called Sojhna in Karachi. Early ripen phallies are best. For most benefits, cut it, peal it, apply salt, and cook on steam. When it is soft, eat it as snack(if you can )

I love Suhanjna very much....this is called Sojhna in Karachi. Early ripen phallies are best. For most benefits, cut it, peal it, apply salt, and cook on steam. When it is soft, eat it as snack(if you can )

The secret is in the leaves----amazing isn't it---. Dry the leaves in shade---and then make a powder out of it. You can leave them on the branch---once dry---they will fall off easily---crush them and make powder out of them---.

1/2 teaspoon full powder mix with honey or something likewise or two capsules in the mroning and two in the evening---.

The cooking kills most of its resource---.

You can---and then write a review after 30 days---and tell us what it did for you---or for someone whom you shared with---.

In multan faisalabad area---it will be sohanjna powder---but being pakistan---so much fake stuff---.

Best is to find the tree---cut the small branches and dry them in shade---once dry the leaves come off easily----. The branches on the tree grow very fast---.

Many a years ago aid worker went to africa as usual with food supplies---one american doctor came with small plants of Sohanjana----and the local population was laughing and ridiculing him---they don't ridicule him anymore---.

you can get the beans in uk.. and probably leafs too.. (to eat as spinach)
we used to have this tree near our house... attracts a lot of caterpillars for some reason...
