Crime is a crime, no matter who does it, someone wearing police uniform or some political cadre. All criminals are subject to due process and punishment, what is needed is evidence like video and photographs. Hope victims are using their mobile phones. There should be special training for activists on how to take video and photo using mobile phones and how to hide memory chips as phones can be confiscated.
